Registration Fees
All fees are in AUD$ and include 10% GST
The registration fees includes entrance to all conference sessions, conference handbook, satchel, lunches
and tea/coffee breaks, Welcome Reception at the Novotel Wollongong North Beach, dinner at the Five
Islands Brewery on Wednesday 25th April and the conference dinner on Friday 27th April which will take
place at the Novotel. The Study Tour and accommodation is a separate cost. Accommodation and study tours
should be booked through the online registration form.
*The non member registration rate includes membership of AACUHO for 2012. Please CLICK HERE to view

Payment Details
•
Full payment of registration and accommodation fees must be made prior to the conference.
Delegates will not be admitted to the conference without full payment.

Credit card - Pay online with our data encrypted secure server. Instructions will be emailed to you in
your registration confirmation letter.
•
All registrations must be accompanied by credit card details or direct credit in Australian dollars.
•
Direct credits should reference your invoice number and organisation. Account information can be
found on your invoice.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
•
Cancellations must be notified in writing by email to confer@aacuhoconf.com.au
•
Cancellations received up to the 24th March 2012 will incur a $75 administration fee.
•
No refund will be given for cancellations received after 24th March 2012.
•
Registrations can be transferred to another delegate at any time.
Please note that your registration is not secure until payment has been received. If payment is not received
your registration risks being cancelled.
